Who’s Out There? I ain’t Lion

Years ago, my three dogs and I were hiking at the tree edge of a mesa in Northern Arizona. It was a lovely spring day. We all had extra energy to burn from winter’s slumber. I was lost in the fresh green, when my skin started to tingle, and my instincts told me to look up. I was being watched.
